Crochet and Knitting are Mai's therapy!

​

Mai has crocheted since the age of 10 after her grandma sent her to a nun who taught her how to make a basic dolls dress.

​

In the past 13 years, Mai has crocheted, knitted and stopped! She has gone through phases up and down with her chronic pain. Knitting and crochet always have been there for her whenever she has needed them. It has helped her to relax and be comfortable. Despite the pain, Mai has made many items for family and friends.

​

Beyond her crochet and knitting hobbies.

​

With a background in teaching and a love of all crafts, Mai created the Maicraft store.

​

Mai has a lot of things to do in her free time: baking and decorating cakes, handmade delicious chocolates, painting, hand embroidery, take up a new hobby and doing volunteer work.

Mai started doing some volunteer work for her community when she was 14.

She volunteered to help out in her local community after a flood. Also, she volunteered to teach LOTE.
